Where to find your cashback
Your cashback arrives in your exchange account as USDT, by internal transfer to your UID. Here's where to look and when to expect it.
When it arrives
Exchanges report trading fees a day later, so today's payout covers yesterday's trading. Payouts start at 06:30 UTC each day, and timing can vary with the exchange.
A payout is made once your balance reaches 1 USDT. Smaller amounts carry over and are added to the next day's cashback.
Where to look
- Bybit: open Assets, then your Funding account. The cashback appears as an incoming internal transfer in USDT.
- Other exchanges: check your funding or spot wallet and its transaction history for an incoming internal transfer in USDT.
Not seeing it yet?
- Check your status: enter your UID in "Activate cashback" on Commsback. It shows whether your UID is active and the date of your last payout.
- Complete identity verification (KYC) on your exchange. Cashback keeps building up until it's done, then it's paid.
- Make sure you linked your main account UID, not a sub-account.
